We make simple traditional meals.
Regional specialities: aligot (melted cheese blended into mashed potato), truffade (sort of thick pancake made of sliced potatoes with melted cheese), tartiflette (gratin of potatoes, onions, bacon and cheese), trout, mushroom omelettes (in season), chestnut fondants, coupétade (Lozère bread pudding), homemade tarts, Cévenol sundae...
Our menu changes regularly. It may be possible to order specific dishes.
